  3. Installation is covered at end of file, but please
  4. read other features first if you would.

  6. Freight Stop was designed with the trucker in mind
  7. not the dispatcher!  I spent 11 years in trucking
  8. before going into computers which I have spent the
  9. last 20 in.

  11. Truckers know that bills of lading seldom include
  12. a copy for the driver and while the logbook can
  13. vouch for your time Freight Stop is better.

  15. Using the power of HanDBase you can create reports
  16. on mileage, weight and many other things.  In addition
  17. the full version allows complete database configuration
  18. so you can change and edit whatever you wish to your
  19. liking.

  21. You must have HanDBase installed to use this application
  22. You can get a trial version of HanDBase from Palm Gear and
  23. with their low price and our low price you have not only
  24. a good freight and mileage tracker, but an easy to use
  25. database that you can create your own apps with ease.

  27. The records can easily be imported into Excel or Access
  28. and many other programs using the HanDBase DEsktop that
  29. allows for .csv file import and export. Remember that
  30. HanDBase apps can easily be backed up through the Palm
  31. Conduit sync.

  33. The demo version will not allow you to add records or edit
  34. the properties of the file.  It will allow you to edit the
  35. included records and get the feel of the program.

  37. You can obtain the full version at its low price at 
  38. www.palmgear.com. Registered version also entitles you
  39. to our MS Access 97/2000 database compliment file to
  40. FreightStop, for use with HanDBase Desktop and hotsync.

  42. This combination provides you a means to stores your data
  43. on your PC using Microsoft Access.  This is of course optional.

  45. INSTALLATION

  47. Simply use your Palm Desktop Install
  48. Program to install FSDemo.pdb
  49. Open the database from the HandBase main screen by
  50. by choosing OPEN and tapping the database on the
  51. screen.
